Warranty & Return

All listed items come with its warranty description. Buyers please note the different of the warranty term:

Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch.We will replace the item if the returned item has been found faulty after the checking by our technician. However,you will be charged test fee  $30.00 if the returned item is found to be working and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense.      

Manufacturer warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacturer of the item for all the warranty service within the warranty period.  Digilifeonline has no other responsibility (included DOA) to item which covered with Manufacture warranty.
 
Manufacturer On-site Warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacture of the item to arrange booking of all on-site service within the warranty period. Manufature will arrange courier for pickup at your place.Digilifeonline has no any responsibility to item Manufacture On-site warranty.
 
Replacement warranty (Return to Base): All Faulty item can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (take up to 20 business day) within warranty period. Buyer has responsibility to send back the faulty item to Digilifeonline.
 
No Return Basis: item sold as its, NO return nor refund.
