You can return any faulty parts directly to us, or deal direct with the manufacturers agent where more convenient (many manufacturers have agents Australia Wide and may be local to you). Claims for Return must be made in writing within the first 7 days of receipt of item. Freight fees are non refundabel.
If there's any problem with the item you received, please kindly send us a message or email to us, we'll reply in 2-6 hours.
If the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please send us a picture showing the damaged part and let us know the problem as detailed as possible. We will then supply you with new item after you return back.
Digilifeonline offers 7 days refund policy on all UNOPENED items if you change mind. We will charge restocking fee to cover our lost. A restocking fee of 15% (or $15 whichever is greater) of the purchase price will be deducted. We don't accept OPENED OR USED item if you change mind.Conditions of returns are as follows:

Replacement warranty (Return to Base): All Faulty item can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (take up to 20 business day) within warranty period. Buyer has responsibility to send back the faulty item to Digilifeonline. No Return Basis: item sold as its, NO return nor refund. We endeavour to despatch all orders in 1 business days after verifying your payment. We generally use Australia Post eParcel & Fastway for shipping, but may use Australia Post standard mail service for certain items. Please refer to the product listing for details.
We ship to address provided in eBay. Please make sure your shipping details in your eBay account are correct as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed. This is because we use an automated order processing system, so all orders will go through to our warehouse for packing once payment has been verified.
Shipping & handling charge is listed on eBay. It includes packaging, warehouse and distribution costs, not just postage fee. When you bid on our product, you agree to pay the shipping & handling fee in all circumstances.
Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the buyer. These charges must be paid before the item can be resent.
We generally accept payment via Paypal only for immediate transactions so we can send out your order on the same day or the next business day.
We can arrange bank deposit / Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) if buyers specifically ask for. Please use your eBay ID as reference when making bank deposit / EFT. We only ship out item once payment is received in our bank account. Please send us message request should you arrange alternative payment method.
Tax invoice is provided with each order after you request. We will email you a PDF file of tax invoice.
The successfulbidder must complete the transaction and pay within5 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise,the buyerwill be reported to eBay as NON-PAID buyer.
A cancellation fee of 5.5% of the total sale is applicable for any cancellations (including wrong bidding / change of mind / family or friends bidding without consent / fraud bidding). This is to cover listing fees (which are non-refundable by eBay) and also to avoid dummy bidding.
