We generally accept payment via Paypal only for immediate transactions so we can send out your order on the same day or the next business day. We can arrange bank deposit / Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) if buyers specifically ask for. Please use your eBay ID as reference when making bank deposit / EFT. We only ship out item once payment is received in our bank account. Please send us message request should you arrange alternative payment method. 

Tax invoice is provided with each order.

The successful bidder must complete the transaction and pay within 5 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, the buyer will be reported to eBay as NON-PAID buyer.

A cancellation fee of 5.5% of the total sale is applicable for any cancellations (including wrong bidding / change of mind / family or friends bidding without consent / fraud bidding). This is to cover listing fees (which are non-refundable by eBay) and also to avoid dummy bidding. 

All care is taken in item listings however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. 

Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. We will replace the item if the returned item has been found faulty after the inspection by our technician. However, you will be charged an inspection fee of $30.00 if the returned item is found to be working and the item will be resent to you at your expense.

For All Auction items: they are non-refundable after being shipped out. However, we will only process refund based on the rules of consumer right from the Treasury of the Australian Government

For All "Buy it Now" Brand New items: we offer 7 days refund policy on all UNOPENED items. A restocking fee of 12% (or $12 whichever is greater) of the purchase price will be deducted.

Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable for all orders, unless the item is not available.

Warranty

All listed items come with its warranty description. Buyers please note the different of the warranty term:

Manufacturer warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacturer of the item for all the warranty service within the warranty period. We have no other responsibility (included DOA) to the item which covered with manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer On-site Warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacturer to arrange booking of all on-site service within the warranty period. Manufacturer will arrange courier for pickup at your place. We have no other responsibility to item which covered with manufacturer on-site warranty.

Replacement warranty (Return to Base): All Faulty items can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (may take up to 20 business days) within warranty period. Buyer has the responsibility to send back the faulty item to us.

We have no guarantee on product compatibility unless specified on the item listing. We adhere to all trading rules applied by eBay and Department of Fair Trading NSW.
